Kovalenko Hale Architects was founded in 1976 and has grown to a full service firm capable of providing a wide variety of services, including planning and feasibility studies, design, plan production, specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration.
    We approach each project with careful research of the client's goals, sensitivity to the needs of the population the project will serve, and attention to creating an aesthetically pleasing environment while controlling costs. The firm is currently comprised of five: two partners, one architect,one draftsmean, and one administrative support person.
