We have over 22 years experience in project management. The principal and project manager work directly with the client to prepare the development schedule, provide comprehensive feasibility studies of existing buildings for funding applications, and obtain zoning and building permit approvals from government agencies.
    We assist in the contractor pre-qualification and bidding process, and work with the client from the construction phase through project close-out. We assemble and manage a multi-disciplined design team to address the engineering needs of each project.
