Computerized project controls and schedules will be tools used to support project management, enabling the project to be on schedule and on budget.
    Day to day client communication with the project manager will be achieved through E-mail and by normal communication. Minutes from client review meetings will be recorded by the architects and distributed to attendees in a timely fashion. Action items and responsible parties will be clearly identified.
    Cost estimates and schedules will be updated at appropriate intervals.
