Quality review is achieved first with the assignment of qualified staff for the project and involves scheduled technical reviews by a review team comprised of Bob Kovalenko and Bob Hale. In addition, the assignment of principals to key roles allows for "hands-on" review with a high level of participation, knowledge, and experience. Parallel quality reviews are a regular procedure established for our consultants at each phase of the work. Additionally, our quality management review allows documents to be reviewed for both technical quality and constructability. Contractor communication will be through the project architect.
