Whenever possible communication will be in writing. All verbal communications will be confirmed in writing. Requests for information will be distributed to consultants as appropriate, and answered in a timely manner.
    Construction delays due to slow response to questions will not be tolerated.
    No changes in the contract will be approved without written approval of the owner. All RFI logs, submittal logs, requests for proposal logs, and field directives will be recorded on computer files and updated regularly.
